Turkey Club Wrap ~ 2009 Entry

4 oz cream cream
1 peeled apple, shredded
4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
cup salted sunflower seeds
cup tsp, fresh dill weed
chopped yellow banana peppers
8 slices turkey luncheon meat

Beat cream cheese and SUNBUTTER together. Add shredded apple and mix till well blended. Spread 1/4th of the mixture over each tortilla. Then layer each tortilla with the sunflower seeds, dill weed, peppers and turkey luncheon meat. Roll up tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1 inch slices and secure.

Chocolate Nut Banana Bread ~ 2001 Entry

2 cups flour
cup sugar
1 t baking powder
t salt
t cinnamon
1 cup mashed ripe banana, appox. 2 large bananas
1 cup milk
3 t cooking oil
1 t vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
cup milk chocolate chips
cup milk chocolate-covered sunflower kernel

In large bowl stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; set aside. In another bowl combine bananas, milk, SUNBUTTER, cooking oil, vanilla and egg. Add to flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips and chocolate-covered sunflower kernel. Pour batter into 2 greased 8x4 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely. Frost and serve.
Frosting: Melt 3 t SUNBUTTER and 2 t butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 t milk. Stir to spreading consistency. Add more milk if needed. Sprinkle with additional chocolate-covered sunflower kernel.

SUNBUTTER Bars ~ 2003 Entry

1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
6 cup Rice Krispies
2 cups chocolate chips melted with 2 t SUNBUTTER

Heat first three ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add cereal. Spread in a 9x13 pan. Spread with melted chocolate chips.
