These waffles and pancakes are absolutely delicious! They win the taste test over any wheat waffle/pancake mix on the market. They are light and fluffy with a hint of pure ground vanilla bean. Top with fresh fruit and whipped cream or real maple syrup and indulge! Namaste's Waffle/Pancake mix is free of sugar, too. Makes TWO batches (and their is a recipe for Crepes on the bag!) 21 oz

Directions for Waffles:
Combine (2) Eggs which may be substituted - (2) Tablespoons Oil - (3/4) Cup of Water or Rice Milk which may be substituted - (2) Cups of Dry Mix

Directions for Pancakes:
Combine (2) Eggs which may be substituted - (2) Tablespoons Oil - (1/2) Cup of Water or Rice Milk which may be substituted - (2) Cups of Dry Mix

Ingredients:
Ingredients: Sweet rice flour, arrowroot flour, tapioca flour, rice milk powder, vanilla, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.

Just add eggs, oil and water or rice milk.

One batch makes approximately 4-8 waffles, depending on the size of your waffle iron. Or, one batch makes 9-10 four-inch pancakes. Two batches per bag.
