You cannot beat this brownie mix for ease of preparation, and the results are absolutely heavenly. I made a batch recently for a "mixed" crowd (those with peanut allergies and those without) and EVERYONE came back for seconds!

These are amazing! No egg, no peanuts! What more can you say but way too simple. So easy to whip together and they are super tasty. I bake them for 17 min 45 sec in a round metal cake pan. The center is fudge 'y' and the outer is cake like. I add nuts and they are perfect! I will be keeping the pantry stocked.
