Chocolate liquor (non-alcoholic) - cocoa beans that have been roasted,
ground and melted into liquid
Cocoa butter (non-dairy) - natural fat of the cacao bean

Although this product does not contain soy lecithin as an ingredient, the past recipe of this product did contain soy lecithin. The equipment and facility have been thoroughly cleaned but there still may be a small chance of cross contamination in the facility

All of Amanda's Own products (chocolate and non-chocolate) are Kosher certified. Their facility is not certified as of yet, however, they are working on the certification process.
